Webit Wins Best Social Game Award at the Facebook HACK in London

Today the team at Webit participated at the Facebook Mobile HACK in London. The event hosted technical deep-dives and Q&A directly from the Facebook platform engineers and developers. The event covered the following topics:

• Facebook Mobile Platform Overview
• Native App development (IOS, Android)
• Web Apps (HTML5) development
• PhoneGap
• Responsive Deign
• Mobile + Open Graph
• Partner Presentation
• Q&A

Finally, the event was followed by a HACK and selection of the best applications and awards. The Webit team created a social multi-player game called Shake With Me which has been developed using the latest HTML5 technologies. The game judged as cool and fun, has been awarded the Best Social Game Award by Facebook.
